Rikki identifies primarily as a wife, a mother to three, a homemaker, and a food detective. Food and fitness are her areas of perpetual curiosity, leading her to regularly dive into books on nutrition as well as continuing education in physical therapy techniques and functional movement. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, a health coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and a high school track coach. Rikki's mission is to be an approachable resource to people of all ages within her community who are like-minded and similarly curious about nutrition, health, fitness, and strength. Rikki shares that the favorite part of her day is strength training in the gym, with the potential each day to meet and connect with a fellow gym member.
