Manal Al Dabbagh

Manal is mover, dancer and inspirer. Seeking new experiences and knowledge she explores new and different ways of being. From studying biochemistry as an undergraduate, becoming a mother of two great teachers, earning a Mater’s degree in Nonprofit Management, to the world of movement and dance. Her journey back to her body started with the first Nia class she took. Today, she is a Nia black belt teacher, a health coach, a Radical Living coach, and Free Dance facilitator. Her passion is helping individuals reconnect to their bodies through dance and movement, especially those suffering from mental illness. She loves books, music, reusable bags, long chats with friends about the environment, nontoxic living, social responsibility and laughter.
