Molly, age 31, is a fourth-generation egg farmer employed at her family’s farm, Weaver Eggs, located in Versailles, Ohio. She currently focuses on marketing and branding initiatives for the farm, as well as egg sales. Prior to returning to the family farm, Molly spent 6+ years working as a consultant in Washington, D.C. She has advised Fortune 500 companies in the financial services sector and food and agriculture industries. In her most recent position, Molly developed and executed a comprehensive marketing communication strategy to raise awareness of the sustainability of U.S. agricultural commodities to target foreign markets. Molly has a B.A. from Miami University and an M.B.A. from The George Washington University.
