Deanna Nagle


Deanna has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years, and has been teaching at the Yoga Loft for almost 10 years. Having completed her 500 hours of training at the Yoga Loft, she also has additional training in therapeutics, restorative yoga, partner yoga, child light yoga certification, and yin yoga. Deanna is also the director of teacher certification for the 200 and 300 hour programs at the Yoga loft. Specializing in somatic yoga, Deanna also teaches monthly workshops with this gentle and healing form of yoga. She considers herself to be a lifelong learner of all things, especially yoga, and loves to learn through workshops, books, and more, but especially through her students. Deanna loves to express creativity through her teaching, and hopes to leave all her students feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and inspired. Her classes revolve around different themes and include flow, alignment, stretching and restoratives. Her teaching style reflects the changing seasons and how they influence the body, mind and spirit. She loves to incorporate spirituality, ayurveda, poetry, music and more into her themed classes. She is passionate about yoga, music, literature, health and her family. A mother of two children, she resides in Coopersburg along with her partner, Brian, a local glass artist.
