Dawn Spiegelberg

Dawn Spiegelberg resolves chronic and acute pain due to injury, repetitive stress, aging and excessive body weight. She has experienced both chronic and acute pain and knows how difficult, how exhausting, and how frustrating it is to live in constant pain.

Because of this experience, Dawn discovered that pain is, in fact, a sign of disconnection between the three aspects that makes us human: The body, the mind, and the spirit. Using the body as a gateway, Dawn's work touches people deeply and reveals underlying causes that contribute to physical symptoms. Her distinctive approach applies a knowledge of engineering and spiritual practise she learned from her father.

By integrating exercise, myofascial release, and craniosacral, Dawn has developed Corrective Alignment & Integration Therapy. CaIT promotes natural alignment and recreates the body's inherent balance. Once the body is in harmony, the mind is then freed from the constant draw of distracting neural feedback, and the spirit is elevated, experiencing greater life fulfillment.

No case is too difficult and often, the more complex the symptoms are, the better the results. Clients who have been in pain for years are able to experience positive results after just a single session of CaIT.

Dawn relocated to Seattle in 2000 to pursue a corporate career after working in a University environment. However, she soon realized that her hobby of identifying the causes of ailments for coworkers was more rewarding and pursued this work solely, after the birth of her first son in 2005.

Dawn lives in Bothell with her husband, two children, a Pharaoh Hound, and a Red-Bellied Parrot. Of her hobbies which include gardening and playing the violin, Dawn likes to ride horses and is licensed to treat them, too.
