Alan Reyes


As Chief Operating Officer, Alan Reyes sets the operational strategy and leads the delivery of high-impact programs and services to troops and their families. He proudly serves alongside hundreds of staff members and over 30,000 USO volunteers to serve more than 10 million service members and military family members every year through the USO’s global network of centers and programs.

A Rear Admiral in the U.S. Navy Reserve, Reyes has deployed multiple times to the Middle East in command of logistics and customs missions, to Haiti in support of disaster relief operations, and across the Pacific as the supply officer on a fast attack submarine. He currently serves as the reserve deputy commander of Naval Supply Systems Command, which provides supplies, services, and quality-of-life support to the Navy and Joint warfighter worldwide. Alan graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1990 and from the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business in 2000. He completed the Harvard Business School executive education program for strategic non-profit management in 2012.
