Janaki will share the challenges women face as leaders. It addresses the need for sponsorship, how to influence and shift paradigms. She addresses both internal and external changes necessary to successfully impact your role as a leader. How you see yourself and your personal and professional power will be challenged as Janaki shifts how you walk in the world. Antonia teaches how to set clear intentions, find power animals and gifts to assist you, and to safely journey to the three worlds in order to achieve a sense of greater integration and wholeness. Through the use of drumming, rattling and guided imagery, we can heal the past and invite split off parts of ourselves back home - to ourselves.
