Sisters Talk Radio with Mona and Savitri: We Are All TENDERS of the Earth

  04/19/2013  02:00 pm PDT

Earth Day was first organized in 1970 to promote ecology and respect for life on the planet, as well as to encourage awareness and taking action regarding the growing concerns for the quality of our air, water and soil. In honor of Earth Day, we'll explore ways both we and our farmers can promote the vitality and sustainability of our communities through our food choices. Join Mona in a conversation with Linda Neunzig -a single parent of two teenagers and farm owner, Nancy Gellos and Marlen Boivin about recognizing that we are all TENDERS of the Earth and finding simple ways to joyfully do so.
