2023 marked The Raging Skillet’s 34th year! After three successful decades of creating a new menu each and every time we do an event, we keep our approach to catering fresh
and exciting!
We are also proud to be a woman owned and operated company!
Our food reflects fusions from Korea, Japan, Thailand, Cuba, South Carolina, New Orleans, Morocco, Jamaica, India, the Southwest, the Middle East, and Chef Rossi’s mother’s Hungarian-Yiddish home cooking, not to mention a heaping helping of “White Trash!”
We are proud to accommodate a wide range of diets ranging from vegan to vegetarian,to plant based or kosher style. Famously gluten free herself for twenty-five years, Chef Rossi is known for being the one to call for those seeking creative menus for gluten free and paleo diets.
