Peter Ryan

Peter Ryan moved from New York in 1988 to open an authentic bagel shop. By fall of 88, Bagel Oasis opened its doors to the public in the Ravenna neighborhood of Seattle. Serving a variety of fresh bagels, as well as an array of breakfast and lunch items, Bagel Oasis quickly became the only place to go for real bagels and bialys. Adhering to the theme of using only quality products, using only the finest ingredients, Bagel Oasis popularity grew. Two soups made from scratch daily, Boars Head Brand deli meats, fresh produce along with Seattles best bagels are the foundation of their extensive menu. You will find everything from a simple bagel and cream cheese, egg sandwich or a large variety of specialty omelets and sandwiches to be such a treat, that it will be one of the highlights to your day.

Of course, as in New York, if time is an issue, you can grab a bag of fresh bagels and cream cheese to take home, or to work. In fact, all menu items can be enjoyed in our newly remodeled family friendly dining room, or packaged to go to enjoy anywhere. The staff is unfailingly nice, plenty of free parking and easy freeway access.
