I am thrilled to be given this opportunity to participate in the Dr. Pat Holistic Makeover. When I submitted my name with my project and how I will pay it forward, I was amazed at how by just writing down my intention would propel me so quickly into action I wasn't prepared for all the additional help and the camaraderie of the group as we participate in our weekly calls and begin to support one another. Since the announcement of the winners, it feels as though my life has been a whirlwind Right now I am just trying to take my time to enjoy the journey and share each week what is happening and how I am utilizing the resources that have been made available to me.
